Speedy Snack was born from a simple belief: great sushi doesn't have to be complicated or expensive, but it does have to be fresh. We opened our doors in Washington DC's Penn Quarter neighborhood to bring the city authentic, handcrafted Japanese sushi that you can feel good about eating every day.
Every roll, every piece of nigiri, and every bowl at Speedy Snack is made to order using premium ingredients sourced fresh. We don't believe in pre-made, pre-packaged shortcuts. When you order from us, your sushi is made for you — period.
Our Penn Quarter location puts us in the heart of DC, steps from the Gallery Place–Chinatown Metro station and around the corner from Capital One Arena. We're equally proud of serving the power-lunch crowd and the family coming in for a quick, quality dinner.
